Clyde-Savannah Central School District connects early school habits with later exploration of work and college. At the elementary school, the ROCKS framework emphasizes respect, organization, citizenship, kindness, and safety. Schoolwide assemblies use games and skits to put those ideas into practice; the opening 2026–27 assembly included a desk-organization challenge and a demonstration of how misplaced homework disrupts a school day.
Students continue into Clyde-Savannah’s junior–senior high school, where recent career visits have taken learning beyond the classroom. In 2026, students toured Advanced Atomization Technologies to investigate engineering, machining, welding, and related work. Tenth graders met employers and colleges at the Finger Lakes Career Fair, while juniors visited SUNY Morrisville for campus exploration and activities in horticulture and renewable energy. The trips were coordinated through high-school counseling, giving students direct contact with both workplaces and higher education.
