Whitesboro Central School District operates Deerfield, Hart's Hill, Marcy, and Westmoreland Road elementary schools. Sixth graders attend the Parkway building before moving to the adjoining middle school for grades 7–8 and then Whitesboro High School. Beginning band is available in fourth and fifth grade, with lessons and ensembles continuing through secondary school.
Middle school students can qualify for accelerated mathematics, science, and world languages, including American Sign Language and Mandarin Chinese. Eighth-grade options also include introductory coding. High school choices include Advanced Placement courses and dual-credit classes through Mohawk Valley Community College in subjects such as cybersecurity, accounting, photography, and languages. Eligible seniors can take Syracuse University Project Advance courses. Students developing English proficiency can receive English as a New Language instruction at every grade level.
