East Irondequoit Central School District serves preschool through second grade at Ivan Green and Helendale Road, followed by Durand-Eastman or Laurelton-Pardee for grades 3–5. Students then attend East Irondequoit Middle School and Eastridge High School. Preschool includes full-day classes and half-day options at Ivan Green. The district also provides language-support resources for families of English learners.
Eastridge lists Advanced Placement study in sciences, mathematics, and history, dual-enrollment opportunities with Monroe Community College, and Project Lead the Way courses in engineering, biomedical science, and computer science. Beginning with the Class of 2029, students participate in two Career and Interest Pathways during high school.
